Service Description

Includes reiki healing, oracle card reading and crystal healing. There will be an opportunity to discuss the reading and your experience. During the session we will work on releasing energy that is no longer serving you, to support you in feeling calmer. I will provide you with insights on how your energy is affecting your life and will provide you with guidance that can support you on your journey. We will work on bringing in the divine life force energy, to support your healing and help you to receive the following benefits: ✧ reduced overwhelm and disconnection with your true self ✧ feel grounded in your physical body ✧ release unwanted emotional energy ✧ find balance within your chakras ✧ receive creative solutions and insights ✧ receive inspiration to complete your goals ✧ greater energetic alignment to manifest your dreams How does this work online? An online video call link (using Zoom) will be forwarded to you once you have booked in the session. During the session, I recommend finding a quiet and comfortable space for you to relax, either seated or laying down to receive the healing. Wear some comfortable clothes and you can light a candle or prepare some relaxing music to help enhance your session. Anything that makes you feel relaxed and at peace in your space. Once the healing has drawn to a close, we'll have an opportunity to chat about the experience. I'll share the guidance I've received and offer the opportunity for you to share your experience too. The guidance is translated into practical, self-care exercises that can further support you so that you benefit beyond the Reiki healing session and integrate the guidance into your life.
