DISCLOSURE
The Client understands that while Neetu at Neetu Yoga Ltd (hereby referred to as ‘Neetu’) is a certified and fully-insured Reiki Practitioner and Yoga Teacher; as a wellbeing and spiritual guide she is not a licensed healthcare professional. Medical doctor, psychologist, psychotherapist, nutritionist, counsellor, health coach, psychiatrist, aromatherapist, or other medical or mental health provider.
Neetu does not medically or psychologically diagnose, treat, cure or prescribe. The Client should consult with their healthcare professional, GP or doctor before altering or discontinuing any current prescription medication, treatments, supplements, herbs, diet, exercise routine or if they suspect that they have a physical or mental health condition. If the Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that the Client inform them of the nature and extent of the relationship and work shared and received with/by Neetu.
The Client understands that in Neetu’s role as a certified Reiki Practitioner and Yoga Teacher, she supports the exploration and reaching of personal wellbeing and spiritual goals through the practices and philosophy’s trained and certified in.
If for any reason Neetu has any concerns that the client may somehow be in danger emotionally, mentally or physically she has a duty of care to sign post the client to appropriate support. And if needed end or pause the work between Neetu and the client.
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
The Client acknowledges that the Client takes full responsibility for the Client’s life and wellbeing, as well as the lives and wellbeing of the Client’s family and children (where applicable), and all decisions made during any of Neetu’s one-to-one sessions, offerings or advice. The Client is solely responsible for creating and implementing their own physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the relationship, sessions and interactions with Neetu. As such, the Client understands that Neetu is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services or advice provided by her.
The Client acknowledges that this is a holistic and spiritual approach that may involve different areas of their life, including work, finances, self-care, relationships, education and recreation. The Client understands that deciding how to handle these issues and incorporating Neetu’s principles into those areas and implementing choices is exclusively the Client’s responsibility.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Neetu will keep the Client’s information private and will not share the Client’s information to any third party unless compelled to by law.
