These classes offer you practices to engage your parasympathetic nervous system - the part of your nervous system that helps to deal with stress and anxiety. The live classes take place just before bedtime, to help ease you into a restful night's sleep. Come along to enjoy much-needed time to yourself.

A slow class to help you wind down for bed. Each class will consist of a series of physical poses to help you gently stretch and strengthen the body, breathing exercises to invoke a sense of calm and a final guided relaxation to help you transition from yoga mat to bed.
