Terms and Conditions

DEFINITIONS

"Neetu" refers to Neetu Dhillon or Neetu Yoga Ltd

"You" refers to any individual who subscribes or signs up to join classes with Neetu

LIABILITY

Neetu is not responsible for any injuries, health problems, or medical conditions except where such liability cannot be excluded as a matter of law.

It is your responsibility to consult a doctor or take such other steps as is necessary in the circumstances to confirm that it is safe and appropriate for you to practice the yoga class you intend to practice. 


By purchasing a class or classes, you confirm that either (1) you have no issues that could potentially impact your ability to safely enjoy the class or (2) you do have such an issue/such issues, but you have complied with the clause above such that you are satisfied it is safe for you to enjoy the class.


For  pre-recorded classes, Neetu will not be able to monitor your practice, adjust you or in any way supervise you. You warrant that you are physically and mentally able to follow the instructions given throughout the classes. 

PRE-RECORDED CLASSES

Video quality and/or resolution is limited by the highest settings permitted by the relevant cloud platform and/or the Ribbon hosting platform. 

SHARING OF ONLINE CLASSES

You do not have permission to share or copy any classes offered by Neetu. Unusual log-in activity, high volume of viewing of pre-recorded classes may result in access to classes being revoked at Neetu's discretion, where it suggests the login has been shared with another individual.

The licence given to you to access the classes is revoked immediately upon expiration of access to classes. Upon expiration, you are not entitled to make use of any of the material shared by Neetu even where, for example, you have recorded it on a recording device.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Intellectual Property Rights in or arising out of or in connection with the subscription are owned by Neetu.

PRIVACY POLICY

Any information you share with Neetu will be kept confidential and not passed on to any third parties except without your written consent. The only exception is if the law or a court order compels us to.

Entire agreement.

(a)These terms and conditions constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes and extinguishes all previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations and understandings between them, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter.

(b)You acknowledge that by purchasing a class, class pass or subscription, you have not relied on, and shall have no remedies in respect of any statement, representation, assurance or warranty (whether made innocently or negligently) that is not set out in these terms and conditions. You agree that you shall have no claim for innocent or negligent misrepresentation or negligent misstatement based on any statement not in these terms and conditions.

WAIVER

A waiver of any right or remedy Neetu is entitled to under these terms and conditions or by law is only effective if given in writing and shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent right or remedy. A failure or delay by Neetu to exercise any right or remedy provided under these terms and conditions or by law shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy, nor shall it prevent or restrict any further exercise of that or any other right or remedy. No single or partial exercise of any right or remedy provided under these terms and conditions or by law shall prevent or restrict the further exercise of that or any other right or remedy.

SEVERANCE. 

If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.

JURISDICTION AND CHOICE OF LAW

Any dispute arising out of your subscription of these terms and conditions is governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
