BEGINNERS YOGA COURSE

 

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN DURING THE COURSE

  • How to avoid the most common yoga injuries

  • Common mistakes made in yoga and how to rectify them

  • The correct alignment of sun salutations and key poses

  • How to modify postures to suit your body

  • Introduction to breathing exercises and meditation

  • A full yoga class, bringing together the techniques learnt on the course

WHAT YOU GET

  • 6 x 75 min live workshops (online, via Zoom)

  • Access to live workshop recordings for 3 months, so you can catch up at a time that suits you and revisit the classes as many times as you like

  • Be part of a private Facebook group, where you can connect with others on the course and where I can answer your questions

  • Support with your questions throughout the course

  • Knowledge of how to better assess your own yoga pose, that you will carry with you forever


WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Yoga mat

  • Yoga strap (or belt)

  • Yoga blocks (or couple of thick, sturdy books)

  • Blanket
