Women and men of varying ages and abilities are welcome to join the yoga classes offered. Classes are taught with gentle guidance and modifications are provided throughout, allowing for classes to be suitable for beginners to more advanced practitioners.
Classes are based on vinyasa flow yoga and are taken at a slower pace to enable you to practice yoga safely and mindfully. Each class begins with pranayama (breathing), a dynamic warm up and a series of postures to help you strengthen and lengthen the body. The class finishes with guided relaxation. The classes will give you a workout, a stretch, and also a mental detox; allowing you the chance to unwind, release stress and leaving you feeling revitalised.
Tailor your yoga practice with sequences designed specifically for you. If you're working with a certain physical or emotional condition, you could benefit from having personalised yoga sessions to ensure you are benefiting in the best way for you.
The sessions are moulded to your needs. We can meet as little or often as you like. Some individuals choose to meet several times a week and others like to check in once a month.

If you find it a little tricky to make it to a yoga class, we can bring yoga to your workplace. There's zero travel time involved for you to get to your class! It's a great way to bring the workplace together and create a community vibe.
Classes can be offered before work, during lunchtime and/or after work. The classes can either be paid for by the employer or the employees.
