I'm a Yoga Teacher offering individual yoga sessions and corporate yoga and mindfulness sessions, in person and online. I offer Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Meditation & Pranayma (breathing exercises).
I help individuals de-stress, slow down and tune into themselves. So much of our world is designed around being busy and productive which can keep our sympathetic nervous system on overdrive. So I create and offer space for you to activate your parasympathetic nervous system - to deal with the mental and physical effects of stress and anxiety - through gentle yoga, yin yoga, breathing exercises and meditation.
Traditionally, yoga was taught 1:1. Every body is individual and has unique needs. Individual yoga will mean the poses will benefit you specifically - helping with your specific problem areas, set at a pace that works for you and also taking into account and injuries and conditions.
The sessions take place at my home in Staines, or online. I can also travel to your home, depending on the location.

We also offer chair massage to your employees. The massage takes places fully clothed and can vary in length from 15 to 30 minutes. The massage focus on the head, neck, shoulders and back.
