I'm a Yoga Teacher offering individual yoga sessions and corporate yoga and mindfulness sessions, in person and online. I offer Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Meditation & Pranayma (breathing exercises).
I help individuals de-stress, slow down and tune into themselves. So much of our world is designed around being busy and productive which can keep our sympathetic nervous system on overdrive. So I create and offer space for you to activate your parasympathetic nervous system - to deal with the mental and physical effects of stress and anxiety - through gentle yoga, yin yoga, breathing exercises and meditation.
Individual sessions are tailor-made for your needs. The sessions can include physical yoga postures, breathing exercises and/or meditation.

Physical yoga poses carefully explained and specific feedback given on your alignment to ensure you have a safe yoga practice and get the most from the poses you hold.
If you have a physical injury or condition that means specific guidance and adapted poses are necessary for a safe practice.
If you'd like private yoga with a loved one, I can offer yoga for two of you. This is a really nice way to spend good quality time together.
The sessions take place at my home in Staines, or online. I can also travel to your home, depending on the location. Private sessions from £45, exact pricing dependent on individual needs.

We also offer chair massage to your employees. The massage takes places fully clothed and can vary in length from 15 to 30 minutes. The massage focus on the head, neck, shoulders and back.
