Each class consists of physical movements to stretch and strengthen the body, breathing exercises and guided relaxation. These classes are suitable for all levels.


When: Friday 10 - 11am

Where: Christ Church Hall, Kenilworth Gardens, Staines, TW18 1DR

Getting there: free parking available on site (access via Warwick Avenue). Access to the hall is via Kenilworth Gardens.


Intro offer: £25 for 4 classes

Single Class: £12

10 class pass: £90 for 10 classes


What should I wear?

Essentially, anything you can comfortably and modestly move around in. Leggings/jogging bottoms and a t-shirt are good options. You may like to bring a jumper to layer up. Yoga is practiced barefoot, but some like to wear socks. You can get yoga socks if you prefer (they are socks with individual toes and grips on the soles).

What should I bring with me?

A yoga mat is essential. You may also like to bring a yoga brick, strap, cushion and/or blanket. The latter are optional props that can make for a more comfortable yoga practice.

How can I pay?

You can pay either by bank transfer or cash. Payment should be made before the class begins.
