Frequently asked questions
Are the classes suitable for beginners?
Yes! We provide modifications and adjustments to enable the class to be suitable for all levels. We teach many beginners in our mixed level classes and many have shown lots of improvement since they first started practicing yoga with us.
Do I need to book the class in advance or can I just turn up?
There is no need to book the class in advance. However, you are more than welcome to do so if you would like to secure your place. We always have just enough room for everyone!
What should I wear?
Any comfortable clothing that you can freely move in. It's best to remove your socks to avoid slipping. However, we understand that some individuals are more comfortable keeping their socks on. You may like to bring an extra layer with you to wear during the relaxation at the end of class, when your body temperature drops.
How do I pay?
For drop-ins, payment is made in cash at the time of the class. If you would like to purchase a discounted class pass, please get in touch and we can provide you with details to make an online transfer.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
A yoga mat, water bottle and an extra layer of clothing to keep warm during the relaxation.
Beginners Yoga Course
I have practiced yoga before. Is this course still suitable for me?
Yes, we welcome beginners and also those who are looking to improve and gain more clarity on the correct alignment of poses.
When will the next beginners yoga course be held?
Please take a look at the beginners yoga course page for the next course dates.
Where are the private yoga sessions held?
The sessions are usually held at the client's home. If you would like to have the sessions in a nearby public location, an additional fee will be charged to cover the cost of hiring the space.
Is it possible to book a private session for more than one person to attend?
Yes, private sessions can be booked either for yourself or for a group of you.
I'd like you to teach yoga classes my workplace. Can you make this happen?
We certainly can (dependent on your company too, of course)! It always helps if you can recommend us to your HR or Wellbeing department and then we can take the conversation from there.
