Beginners Yoga Course
Learn the key fundamentals of practicing yoga to allow for a safe and confident yoga practice in this 6 week course.
Previous course attendees have ranged from complete beginners to individuals who have been practicing for a number of years. In the words of one attendee on a previous course: "I can't believe I've been doing downward dog wrong all these years!"
how to avoid the most common yoga injuries and mistakes made in yoga
learning the correct alignment of sun salutations and key poses
modifying postures to suit your body
breathing exercises and meditation
a full yoga class, bringing together the techniques learnt on the course
Ongoing support will be provided to you throughout the course and once the course has completed.
WHAT TO BRING:
Please bring a yoga mat. Yoga props will be provided on the course.
